FAQs

What do I do if my item becomes defective or malfunctions after usage? Is it covered under a warranty policy?

Most manufactures offer some type of warranty, depending on the product. For example, there may be no warranty on clothing items. Please review any warranty information provided with your product, follow instructions on how to register your product and how to use the warranty. If you have an issue that you're having trouble resolving, feel free to contact us and we'll try to assist.

What do I do if I receive an item(s) that is damaged in transit?

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving damaged goods
  • Retain the product and all original packaging materials
  • Do NOT immediately return the product(s)
  • Take photos of the damaged product(s) as well as the packaging and send the photos to us.
  • If requested, complete an insurance affidavit attesting to the damage.
  • Refunds or exchanges will be given only after an investigation with the shipping and/or insurance company is completed. We may also require you to return the item before a refund or exchange is given, and in this case we will provide a pre-paid return label.
