Shipping policy

• Free shipping on orders $49+ (not including applicable sales tax)
• Orders will ship in 1-3 business days after received
• Orders ship from Laurel, Maryland
• All orders $500+ will ship with SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION which requires the recipient (or a responsible person at the residence) be present to sign for the item
• All markers, hoppers and HPA tanks are *tested before being shipped to help reduce defect occurrences
  
• Shipping service: USPS or UPS
• Free shipping items may ship via ground service

*These products are tested as follows prior to shipping:

Markers: Aired up, turned on and cycled to confirm there are no leaks. No paint is used during the testing.

Hoppers: Batteries are installed and hopper is turned on/off. Batteries are then removed and are not included. No paint is used during the testing.

HPA Tanks: Filled with air and checked for leaks and if gauge works correctly. Air is depleted before shipping; tanks are not sent filled.
